Plus size shoppers are nothing new but have gotten little attention until recently. The fashion industry as a whole has greatly ignored the plus size woman for several years. As the average size of the American woman has gone up the average size of a fashion model has gone down.
It feels good to see more attention being given the plus size woman and her shopping environment.
